Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) offers a discount of up to 80 percent on outgoing call prices while roaming in GCC countries.
Mobily added that the permanent discount on the voice call prices while roaming in GCC is SR1.03 per minute for outgoing local calls inside the country, and outgoing calls to the Kingdom or to any of the GCC countries while roaming will be SR2.49 per minute.
