LONDON, April 4 (Reuters) - Kazakh CPC Blend prices edged higher on Friday as the market was supported by higher margins and buying ahead of the end of refinery maintenance.

In the Platts window, Total bid for an 85,000 tonne cargo of Kazakh CPC Blend at dated Brent minus 70 cents cif Augusta loading April 18-22. No sellers surfaced.

The bid was 5 cents a barrel above a similar bid by Total on Thursday.

In tender news, Tunisia's Etap awarded a Azeri Light buy tender to Socar. The latter will provide cargoes of the grade for May 2-4 and May 14-16 arrival. Price details did not emerge.

Croatia's INA issued a buy tender for an 80,000 tonne Urals or Siberian Light cargo for May 2-6 arrival closing on April 8.

Pumping on the Kirkuk-Ceyhan pipeline was still down, a shipping source in the region said, meaning the market was still deprived of medium sour alternative to Russian Urals. It is the worst outage since the summer with no sign of a imminent resumption.

Repairmen have been consistently targeted by militants since the pipeline was sabotaged at the start of March, preventing them from fixing the pipe.

No shipping fixtures have been made to Libya yet, traders and shipping sources said, as it was still unclear whether the eastern rebels blocking three major ports would finally leave as talks with the central government continued.
