Dubai, 7th Sept. 2010 (WAM) -- H.H. Sheikh Majed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, opened tonight a new bowling centre in Dubai's Ibn Battuta Mall, featuring state-of-the-art technology being used for the first time in the Middle East.
The 12-lane bowling centre - called Switch Bowling - is equipped with the latest Switch bowling equipment designed by Pininfarina, multi-media screens and the finest lighting system ever installed in a bowling facility, creating a richly enjoyable and entertaining experience for families and bowling enthusiasts alike. The screens being installed in the bowling centre span the 12 lanes with a combined width of 24 metres and a height of five metres.
