BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kuwait's Al Safat Energy Holding Co. (SENERGY.KW) said that Kuwait Oil Co., or KOC, has awarded an $8.7 million deal to its 67.14% owned local unit Eastern National Oilfield Services, or Enos.

Under the four-year contract, Enos will provide oil well sensing and evaluation services to state-run KOC, Safat Energy said in a statement posted on the Kuwait bourse website on Tuesday.

The deal is expected to generate an operating profit equivalent to 10% of its value, according to the statement.
