MUSCAT -- KM Trading, the Abu Dhabi-based group, is opening its first hypermarket, KM Hypermarket in Al Khuwair, tomorrow at 9 am. The hypermarket will be inaugurated by Sultan bin Hamdoun al Harthy, President of the Muscat Municipality. The Chief Guest at the occasion will be J S Mukul, the Indian Ambassador.

Spread over an area of 200,000 square feet, the latest addition to the country's ever-thriving retail market, the KM Hypermarket will cater to the needs of the huge residential population staying around the area. KM Hypermarket is certain to be a popular destination for those shopping for apparel, gift articles, toys, stationery, luggage, bed linen, watches, premium perfumes, electronics and other household products.

Besides an array of popular brands in a wide variety of products of KM Hypermarket, will be the extensive supermarket section with fresh vegetables, fruits, butchery and delicatessen serving hot and ready-to-eat foods and special counters serving baked goods, cakes as well as an array of Arabic sweets and delicacies.

"We are sure our customers families and friends will experience a fresher shopping experience as we have set up an all under one roof hypermarket by aptly combining quality, convenience, comfort and credibility in the inviting ambience", Subair T Mohammed, Country Manager of KMT Oman said.

He further added that the interior layout has been strategically designed to facilitate smooth browsing, easy access to product categories and quicker shopping, with 30 check-out counters. In addition, there is ample car parking with ease of movement.
