KARBALA: The Karbala Investment Commission granted an investment license to an Iraqi company to establish an industrial compound at a cost of $39 million, chairman of the KIC said on Wednesday.
KARBALA: The Karbala Investment Commission granted an investment license to an Iraqi company to establish an industrial compound at a cost of $39 million, chairman of the KIC said on Wednesday.
"The KIC gave an investment license to an Iraqi company to implement a project to set up a compound of constructional industries," Raed al-Asli told Aswat al-Iraq news agency.
"The project will be implemented at a cost of more than $39 million on 50 donums in western Karbala, known for its constructional factories," he added.
Karbala is 110 km south of Baghdad.
