BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Kuwait Finance House Bahrain, or KFH-Bahrain, said it will study a proposal by China's Fortune Nest Corp. for two joint ventures, one involving the construction of a semiconductors plant in Bahrain and the other a unified computer network project, Manama-based Al Wasat daily reports Wednesday.
"We propose that KFH-Bahrain participate with us in the ownership of the patent or intellectual property rights and that it gets involved in design," Mohammed Abdel Haq, Fortune Nest's chief executive, said according to the paper.
