Sulaymaniyah - President Fuad Masum stressed on Monday that Iraq is facing difficult circumstances require unifying all parties and address the issues between Baghdad and Erbil.

President Masum said at a news conference in Sulaimaniya, where he arrived today, that he will visit the former president Jalal Talabani, and then leave to Arbil to meet with the President of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani, to discuss a number of important topics, and exchange views on the convergence between the views of all political parties and resolving the positions between the provincial government and the Federal government.
