Damascus - Iran's Vice-President in Management Development and Human Resources Lutfollah Forouzandeh Dehkordi attended March 8th festivity in Syria which commemorates Syrian Ba'ath Party's coming to power in 1963.

Forouzandeh also met with Syrian Head of Planning Organization and International Cooperation Amer Hassani Lutfi on Tuesday.

In the meeting, Lutfi underlined using Iran's experiences in the fields of balanced development, manpower development and job creation.

The VP conferred with Syrian Prime Minister Muhammad Naji Otri and the two sides expressed pleasure with holding 13th joint high commission in Tehran on March 9-10, 2011.

In the meeting, Otri said that there are plenty of positive outlooks in mutual relations which should be discovered and being used.

Forouzandeh, for his part, welcomed Otri statement and explained his office programs and said that cooperation in this field will be seen in a joint document to be signed.

Otri is scheduled to travel to Tehran on Wednesday March 9 to attend high commission session as well as to convey President Bashar al-Assad's message to his Iranian counterpart, President Ahmadinejad.

The Iranian VP arrived in Damascus heading a delegation on Monday evening.

Forouzandeh will also confer with Syrian First Vice-President Farouk al-Shara.
