DAMASCUS - Information Minister Omran al-Zoubi Tuesday affirmed that the Syrian people's leaderships, destiny and future are determined in Damascus, by the Syrians only, not by any other side.
Commenting on statements of the Saudi Foreign Minister, al-Zoubi said that Saud al-Faisal's concern over the bloods of the Syrians resemble his concern over the bloods of the Saudis, particularly in some regions of the Kingdoms.. and if he was worried, as he claims, he had to combat terrorism, not sponsoring or supporting it.
The Minister added "We wish the Saudi Foreign Ministry's stance is not subordinate to Qatar.
Al-Zoubi: Syria Stance over Palestinian Cause Clear and Firm
Minister of information Omran Al-Zoubi stressed that Syria's stance towards the Palestinian cause is clear and not negotiable and will stay firm as before until achievement of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian's people.
During a meeting with the Executive Committee Delegation of Palestinian Liberation Organization(PLO) headed by Zakaria Ibrahim Salem Ag'a, al-Zoubi said that the terrorists' attempt to involve Palestinian's camps in the crisis in Syria is aiming to bring Palestinians gradually into the crisis.
Head of the Palestinian Delegation told journalists after the meeting that the stance over the situation in the camps was clear and based on the rejection of being a resort to any armed groups, adding that Syrian official stance was supporting the return of the displaced people to their camps and put an end to this tragedy that affects the Palestinians.
