Prior to awarding the ISO 9001:2000 certification, internationallyaccredited auditors visited Idama's offices to observe firsthand its quality management systems. The auditors interviewedstaff, reviewed documented procedures and records and observedreal-time work processes. Over the next three years, annual auditswill be conducted at Idama to ensure adherence to the certification.
