DOHA: HSBC Main Branch on the Corniche will be shifting to the HSBC Building at Grand Hamad Street. The bank's Corniche branch will be open today, being the last day of its operations. The branch will resume functioning from its Grand Hamad premises from December 24.

HSBC Bank Middle East CEO Charles L Moncrieff, said, "Customer satisfaction is at the heart of the bank's operations. We are aware of the logistical issues associated with the relocation and have already taken steps to counteract any inconvenience this will cause for our customers. HSBC's commitment to customer service excellence ensures that the bank's main branch relocation will be as easy as possible for its customers."

Parking slots at the Grand Hamad multi-storey car park behind the branch are available for HSBC customers. Customers are granted free access upon proof of their relationship with the bank.

Original banking hours from 7:30am to 1:00pm remain unchanged. In order to better suit customer needs, banking hours have been extended from 2:00pm to 7:00pm.

Telephone numbers will not be changed and each customer's relationship manager can still be reached at the current number.
