DOHA: Gulf Investments Group (GIG) announced the reopening if its branch in Qatar Exchange Building after undergoing a complete renovation. The location was redesigned to modernise the space and provide clientele with a more comfortable and accommodating place to conduct business.
The Group's rejuvenated branch operates in tandem with its headquarters which is located on C-Ring Road. Accompanying this new space is Gulf Investments Group's recently released visual identity, which includes a new logo that symbolises an innovative direction for the company.
In order to create a cohesive service system, Gulf Investments Group also improved its call centre services to better meet the needs of the company's growing spectrum of clientele. This upgrading includes more efficient email and SMS services whereby clients can request to receive regular updates on the status of their accounts, thus guaranteeing the transparency of information.
Khalid Al Naeimi, Gulf Investments Group's new General Manager, said: "GIG has grown into a substantial brokerage firm that has developed a significant client base. Both locals and expats, look to Gulf Investments Group for securities investment advice and to buy and sell securities on their behalf."
"In the aim of preserving clients' loyalty and servicing them in the best way possible, especially with the latest growth in the foreign investments portfolio, we are keen to offer them a redesigned space that allows our clients to relax, while following up on the stock market updates," Al Naeimi said.
"We are constantly searching for new ways in which we can improve the experience of our many clients when dealing with us. With an advanced website and two branches we will provide more convenient access for our clients, both in person and online. GIG is also initiating contact with Reuters in order to provide the Group with innovative technical services," he added.
