DUBAI: Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Airport Freezone has commenced ground-breaking ceremony for the Panasonic Avionics new Headquarter located at Dubai Airport Freezone. Once complete the AED150 million new Panasonic building will mark the company's relocation from its present office in DAFZA.
The ground-breaking ceremony that set forth a framework for a collaborative alliance between the two organizations was held in the presence of Dr Mohammed Al Zarooni - Director General of Dubai Airport Freezone, Paul Margis, CEO Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Yasu Enokido, President & COO, Panasonic Avionics Corporation and other senior officials from the Freezone and Panasonic Avionics. Speaking at the ground-breaking ceremony, Dr. Mohammad Al Zarooni said: "We are extremely privileged to support the expansion of Panasonic Avionics in Dubai; the Freezone has created a business ambience that is supportive and productive for international companies who are setting up their base in the region.
