MUSCAT -- Adding yet another first of its kind in the professional insurance intermediary sector in Oman, UAE's Gargash & Oman's Trade Links joined forces to float Gargash & Trade Links Insurance Services LLC.
Their corporate identity and logo was unveiled yesterday at a glittering ceremony attended by various experts and other professionals in the industry held at Grand Hyatt.
Gargash & Trade Links Insurance Services is insurance intermediary that serves to advise the customer on the most suitable and favourable insurance policy coverage and terms offered by various insurance companies; shops for the best quotations and also assists the customer to obtain and or renew insurance cover for an insurance company.
"Life is unpredictable because of the choices -- good or bad -- that we make and because most of us don't plan in advance. So, when life catches you off guard, you are sometimes left with nothing. This is why we say, get proper advice, and choose the right insurance you need and then, be prepared for anything," Dr J Retnakumar, Chief Executive Officer, Gargash & Trade Links Insurance Services LLC said a press conference, prior to the launch of their logo and corporate identity at an event held at the Grand Hyatt yesterday.
Originated in Dubai, Gargash is a conglomerate, having presence in various sectors such as automobiles, real estate, financial services and the like. Trade Links, established in 1981, is a prestigious business group in Oman.
"We consider our clients as our strategic partners. Our focus is to anticipate our clients' needs and delight them with customer care and protection", says Mustafa O Vazayil, Vice-Chairman, Gargash & Trade Links.
The other officials present noted that an insurance intermediary ensures right risk analysis, gives proper risk assessment and advices on the exact risk management path to take. "An insurance contract is a complicated document and hence it is necessary to ensure that your declared interests are correctly and legally defined and specified in the insurance policies that you effect. It ensures that you get the best available protection with regard to wider insurance cover, price, and claim services."
"Gargash & Trade Links will offer insurance solutions to large, medium and small enterprises and will also focus on online insurance offering B2B and B2C solutions", said Retnakumar.
