Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE airline Emirates announced that it will launch its A380 service to Cairo on 2 October.

Accordingly, the flagship carrier of Dubai will be the first scheduled commercial airline to operate an A380 flight to the North African nation, according to a statement on Sunday.

More than 7.3 million passengers have travelled on Emirates flights to and from Cairo since the airline started operations in the Egyptian capital in April 1986.

Earlier in 2019, the Dubai-based airline revealed that it will add four additional weekly flights between Cairo and Dubai to reach 25, starting from 28 October, from the current 21.
