Dubai: Encouraged by the success of its second tower at the Marina Promenade of Dubai Marina, real estate major Emaar Properties has unveiled a third tower at the site.
"The Attessa tower being launched today follows the "successful roll-out of The Paloma and The Beauport towers at the Marina Promenade earlier this year," Emaar said yesterday.
"The response to the two earlier towers has been overwhelming," said Bahiya Kayed, Emaar's assistant director of sales.
The Attessa is currently under construction and will be ready in January 2008.
Emaar said it has an arrangement with home finance firm Amlak to offer up to 96 per cent finance and a zero payment option until handover of the unit on the new development.
"Our tie-up with Amlak offers a convenient finance plan for potential buyers to own their dream home in one of the most prestigious locations in Dubai. The zero-payment option until hand-over of the unit is an added bonus, which assists buyers in managing their home finance payments more effectively," Kayed said.
Under the finance plan, with just a four per cent down-payment, home buyers can avail of up to 20-year loan at 7.5 per cent per annum.
"Our 24-hour fast-track home finance packages on Emaar's new development at the Marina Promenade complex are an intelligent investment opportunity for potential buyers," said Shahli Akram, deputy chief executive officer of Amlak.
The Marina Promenade is located opposite the upcoming Dubai Marina Motor Yacht Club.
The complex, which will feature six high-end residential towers, will reflect the vibrant lifestyle of Marina Walk offering residents a boulevard experience of multi-cuisine restaurants, cafes and retail outlets.
