Cairo –  Capital Link Developments has acquired a land plot in the New Administrative Capital to establish a new urban project with investments of more than EGP 1 billion, the Chairman Ashraf Badea, revealed.

The project, which will feature residential, commercial and administrative units, will be launched in the second half (H2) of 2021, Badea told Mubasher.

The real estate developer aims to inject about EGP 400 million into its projects during 2021, he added.

He further revealed that the company is in negotiations to acquire a land plot in El-Galala City in Ain Sokhna.

In addition, Capital Link Developments has launched a commercial-administrative-medical project in the New Administrative Capital with investments of EGP 200 million. The 174-unit project extends over an area of 2,216 square metres.
