Egypt - Amer Group Holding (AMER) has completed 20% of the concrete works at its latest administrative project “Central Capital” in the New Administrative Capital, the group’s sales manager Mohamed Tantawy told Al Mal Newspaper.

The group has obtained all the required licenses and approvals for implementing this project, Tantawy highlighted.

He also noted that the group, along with Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD), approved the final design of the project’s building.

The project will feature buildings spanning an area of 30,000 square meters, with office spaces ranging between 550 and 900 meters, Tantawy added.

This comes on the sidelines of the first economic conference held to support the New Administrative Capital project.
