CAIRO, Sept 11 (KUNA) -- An Egyptian newspaper termed overall bonds with Kuwait as "historic and strong."
In its Tuesday issue, Al-Akhbar daily said that different opinions could never harm these deep rooted ties as misunderstandings were only individual cases.
The recent telephone exchange between Kuwaiti Information Minister Abdullah Al-Muhailbi and Egyptian counterpart Aanas Al-Faqi played a great role in settling matters, added the paper.
It noted that both nations can overcome misunderstandings through dialogue and cooperation, urging Egyptians in Kuwait to observe overall objectivity.
There are over 400,000 Egyptians working in Kuwait and there are thousands of Kuwaitis that spend their holidays in Egypt, added the paper.
