Cairo –   The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) will start handing over the first phase of R3 complex at the New Administrative Capital in June, Egyptian assistant minister of housing revealed on Sunday.

The units will be fully completed by the end of this year, Khaled Abbas added in his speech at Cityscape Egypt 2019.

Abbas also said that construction work at the new capital’s villas area and towers area have reached an advanced stage.
