ArabFinance: Aswan University is being upgraded at a total cost of EGP 2.23 billion, according to a March 10thCabinet statement.

The development projects cover infrastructure works, setting up a parking area, building medical and food facilities as well as warehouses, in addition to other establishments.

The new developments will also include entertainment, cultural, and sports facilities.

State-run Tahya Misr Fund committed EGP 320 million for eight projects in Aswan as announced earlier this year.
