BEIRUT (Zawya Dow Jones)--Egypt's state-owned Arab Contractors, or AC, which is one of the largest Arab construction firms, intends to bid in four tenders for construction projects in Qatar at the end of September, Doha-based Al Arab daily reports Tuesday.

The projects are part of Qatar's preparations to host the 2022 World Cup and one of the tenders involves construction works at the Lusail City project, the paper reports citing Ibrahim Mahlab, AC's chairman.
