AKOYA Selfie villas will come with spacious amenities and a payment plan aimed at young buyers.

Dubai’s Damac Properties on Wednesday launched the ‘AKOYA Selfie villas’, a new series of three-bedroom villas with spacious amenities and a payment plan aimed at young millennial buyers.

The Selfie villas will be located at AKOYA Oxygen, a golf community near Downtown Dubai, and will also provide its residents with access to open green areas and a number of cafes. Damac is also offering investors the chance to buy AKOYA Selfie plots and build their own homes.

Sales for AKOYA Selfie villas will start on Saturday, October 8, and are priced at 1.2 million dirhams [$327,700], payable over a period of three years.

“Launched under the theme ‘where I see myself’, AKOYA Selfie is our latest project innovation that caters to the needs of millennials,” Ziad El Chaar, managing director of Damac Properties, said in the company’s press release.

“Unlike most cities around the world, the millennial population in Dubai is quite significant and therefore there is a need to offer real estate products that suit their tastes and savvy lifestyle,” he added.

According to the Dubai Statistics Centre as of 2015, the median age of residents in Dubai will range between 30 and 34 years, which is within the millennial segment of 25 to 39 years.
