DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, prime minister and vice president of the United Arab Emirates and ruler of Dubai, has appointed Nasser Bin Hassan Al Sheikh as the director general of the Dubai Department of Finance.
Sheikh Mohammed also appointed Sami Ahmad Dahen Al Qamzi as director general of the Dubai Economic Development Department.
