UAE: Dubai Lagoon yesterday signed a turnkey contract with South Korea's Daewoo DSME Construction and Sunjin Civil and Architecture to construct the entire project including housing units, internal roads, landscaping and lagoon formation, the developer said.

The project is divided into two phases to be completed by December 2007 and mid 2008. The financing of construction for the project is being done by Mirae Asset Securities Company, Dubai Lagoon said.
