Dubai, Feb. 14th, 2006 (WAM) - Specialist management firm, Tatweer,established recently to drive the development of a dynamic portfolioof Dubai Holding companies, announced its new corporate structureand key national appointments among its top management.

Tatweer is tasked with managing the back-office operations ofsome of Dubai Holding's world-class interests such as Dubai HealthcareCity, Dubailand, Global Village, Dubai Industrial City, DubaiEnergy, Moutamarat, and Dubai Mercantile Exchange.

Tatweer CEO Saeed Al Muntafiq said: "We have created a highlyqualified team whose members have realized outstanding successthroughout their professional careers. To highlight Tatweer's commitment to Emiratisation, the CEO announcedkey appointments in the senior management structure, which includehighly-qualified nationals like Khaled Al Malik, Ahmad Sharaf,Mustafa Al Hindi, Sami Al Hashimi and Noora Al Abbar.

Khaled Al Malik has been appointed the Senior Vice-Presidentin the Industrial & Knowledge sectors to handle the administrativeaffairs of Dubai Industrial City and Moutamarat.

Ahmad Sharaf has been appointed as Tatweer's Senior Vice-Presidentin the Energy & Healthcare sectors, handling the affairs of DubaiEnergy, Dubai Mercantile Exchange and Dubai Healthcare City.

As for the Tourism & Entertainment sector, it includes Dubailandand Global Village.

Parallel to this, Sami Al Hashimi has been appointed as SeniorVice-President to manage the real estate operations of Tatweer.

He will handle all new projects which include design, infrastructureand planning, alongside to executing the basic elements of Tatweer'sgrowth and ensuring commitment to global Health & Environmentalstandards.

Mustafa Al Hindi has been appointed as the Manager of Human Resources,as he will support the Emiratization strategy by hiring committednational human resources, who have the capabilities to developand achieve. He will implement specialized training courses incooperation with local and international institutions, with theaim of qualifying and equipping the employees with the requiredskills and knowledge to develop their managerial capabilitiesand raise their performance.

Tatweer's management team will also include Noora Al Abbar, asthe Manager of Marketing and Advertising. She will maintain theimage of the company at the international perspective, and handleall the Advertising & Marketing activities and events, guaranteeingthe best regional and international results, for Tatweer andits subsidiaries.
