General Manager of Crowne Plaza Amman Mr Oussama Massoud announced the appointment of Mario Brauffi as Executive Chef of the hotel. Brauffi, who is coming from Austria, holds 30 years of great experience and vast knowledge in the hospitality industry.
Brauffi first joined IHG at InterContinental Vienna Hotel in August 1982, where he had played significant role in many activities that were added to his great achievements. As he got up the ladder, he organized caterings for various states and embassy functions. Brauffi with his vast experience will handle the newly added V Lounge bar at the Crowne Plaza Amman, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an extensive variety of beverages, a great selection of mouthwatering Tapas and steaks.
