Equipment rental company Byrne Investments Saudi Arabia Limited (BISAL), the Saudi arm of Byrne Group, considers the Kingdom a place of exceptional opportunity and plans to expand its operations there with additional depots and product lines.

The company is celebrating its 20th year in business in the Kingdom.

Beginning with a handful of people, the company today employs a multi-disciplined and multinational team of over 350 people, including a strong body of local Saudi talent, offering high quality turnkey solutions to multiple industries across the Kingdom, including oil and gas, events, manufacturing and logistics, construction and infrastructure, marine and ports, and defence and military.

BISAL launched its operations in Dammam in 2001, and over the last two decades has expanded its footprint across the Kingdom with offices and depots in Dammam, Jubail, Riyadh, Thuraif, Jeddah and Yanbu.
Today, the company boasts an extensive rental fleet of over 5,000 units of equipment and growing to meet the current and anticipated future demand.
To celebrate this milestone achievement, Pat Fallon, Byrne Group Deputy CEO, and Quentin Lo, Chief Strategy Officer, recently visited BISAL’s headquarters in Jubail to commend the team on their efforts.

According to Fallon: "Twenty years ago, we established a small depot on the Abqaiq Road outside of Dammam in the Eastern Province, hoping that we could replicate the model we had established in the UAE in the early 1990s.
“Our business model was unique, but the success we’ve experienced is still a result of putting clients first’.

BISAL’s strategy is aligned to the needs of the clients. Its success comes from listening to customers and treating each client individually.
“Our team has extensive industry experience, and we know the right questions to ask to get to the right solutions. This is why a vast number of our projects result in repeat, long-term relationships,” said Fallon.
This is truer now as consumer behaviour, fueled by the digital age, has seen monumental shifts in the last 20 years. The pandemic has further and significantly accelerated these changes.

The evolving landscape, therefore, requires expertise and collaboration now more than ever, two things on which BISAL has built its reputation.
Whether it’s optomising the supply chain, streamlining operations or adapting to meet customers’ expectations and exacting requirements, Byrne is committed and focused on finding the right solution.

“We’ve assembled a team who consider the entire customer journey,” said Fallon.
Byrne Equipment Rental is a diverse supplier of rental equipment across the GCC with 20 operational bases, a fleet of over 14,000 items, and a team of more than 1,500 people.-
