AMSTERDAM, July 11 (Reuters) - Dutch dredging and maritime service provider Boskalis Westminster BOSN.AS said on Thursday it has sold its 40 percent stake in Middle East maritime contractor Archirodon to its joint venture partner and another investor for $190 million.

Boskalis said it will make a book gain of several tens of millions of euros on the sale in the second half of this year.
