DOHA: Barwa Real Estate Company yesterday announced the appointment of Dr Mohammed Asad Al Emadi as its new Group CEO.

Dr Al Emadi was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for National Leasing Holding (Alijarah) prior to his new post.

Dr Al Emadi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, a Master's degree in Accounting and a Doctorate in Management from the University of George Washington in USA. He has over 17 years of experience starting with Qatar Petroleum as Internal Auditor, Mobil Oil Corporation in the field of accounting, California State University as a visiting professor teaching graduate management courses.
