Dubai: For the next two weeks Reef Mall mall will be home to the most fashionable icon for all young girls - the Barbie Doll.
Every weekend, from Thursday to Saturday, the mall will host exclusive and first-of-its kind Barbie fashion shows.
This fashion extravaganza will feature professional child models sporting the latest and most chic Barbie clothes and Barbie accessories.
Partnering with DSS, Reef Mall aims to fulfill every little girl's desire to enter Barbie's very own abode.
The mall will be decorated and recreated into a Barbie Land with themed zones so that kids can immerse themselves into various Barbie activities.
There is a line-up of Barbie contests planned to take place on each day testing the mathematical, designing, writing and creative skills of kids.
For each contest there are three categories of prizes to be bagged.
Kids can win fabulous Barbie merchandise such as Barbie CD players, Barbie perfumes, Barbie sunglasses, Barbie bikes, Barbie watches and Barbie perfumes as well as a grand prize of a deluxe Barbie bedroom.
The other major Barbie activities to be hosted by Reef Mall during 'The Biggest Barbie Celebration' include Barbie meet and greet, be a model fashion shoot, Movie Day and Magazine Day.
"The mall will be a total paradise for all Barbie-lovers. Every little girl has been fascinated by the charms of Barbie and wanted to be like her. Here we provide an opportunity to all girls to step into the world of Barbie and experience all she stands for. Besides feeling like a Barbie princess herself, it's an exclusive chance to live the Barbie dream," added Azzawi.
Reef Mall invites all Barbie fans to come by and experience the grace and beauty of Barbie at 'The Biggest Barbie Celebration' from 4pm onwards every day from today to July 28.
All girls who wear Barbie pink to the event can pick up a Barbie present from the Barbie point.
