Providing a top notch health plan for employees at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) is a priority and basis for employee satisfaction, affirmed its HR and Finance Director, Abdullah Al Doseri.
A presentation was held yesterday at the circuit's premises by its medical insurance company InterGlobal HealthCare.
"The company's policies are designed to provide the best health coverage for its employees. The medical insurance plan provided for the staff is a global one, which means local and international coverage 24 hours a day," said Al Doseri.
"We seek to provide the best health services for the employees and we just introduced the optical insurance," he said.
A dedicated team has been trained to answer the staff's queries.
Meanwhile, Interglobal Ltd Regional General Manager (Middle East), David Axtell who conducted the presentation, praised BIC's initiative to provide the staff with best available medical insurance.
"The Bahrain International Circuit is among the best companies in the region who has provided the best medical coverage for its staff," he said.
The presentation aimed at educating BIC staff about the liabilities and medical coverage included in the health plan.
