Egypt - Arkania Developments and Construction Company plans to implement the first mall project in New Mansoura with total investments of EGP 110 million, Al Mal News reported.

The four-storey mall is spanned over 3,800 square meters, and it is expected to achieve EGP 200 million in sales.

Ashraf Mostafa, CEO of Arkania, said that construction works are expected to start once receiving the land.

The project will be executed under the supervision of Hafez for Engineering Consultancy and will be managed by Egypt Real Estate (ERE), a property management company.

The New Mansoura mall is scheduled to be delivered by the end of December 2023.
