After 18 years of joint ownership of MWH Arabtech Jardaneh (MWHAJ), Arabtech Jardaneh and MWH have mutually agreed that Arabtech Jardaneh will take full ownership of the company. MWHAJ, based in Jordan, has been performing engineering design and services in water, waste, environment and sustainability throughout the Middle East. The companies will end the joint venture, and MWH is selling its interests to Arabtech Jardaneh. Arabtech Jardaneh has renamed its company AJ Water & Environment (AJWE) and the majority of the joint venture employees will remain with the AJWE.
The company will focus on sustainable utility infrastructure solutions for small and large communities. MWH will remain a trusted global partner of AJWE but will continue its operations in Jordan and the Middle East independently of the AJgroup, company officials said. MWH, is a global company in the wet infrastructure sector, specialised in management services, technical engineering, construction services and solutions. MWH is a private, employee-owned firm with offices in 34 countries on six continents. Arabtech Jardaneh is a group of companies specialised in comprehensive urban planning, building, infrastructure and healthcare services.
