Shafaq News / The head of Badr Organization attacked and the leader in State of law coalition , Hadi al-Ameri attacked on Thursday, Peshmarga forces of Kurdistan , describing them as failure and denied that the Iraqi constitution includes something called Peshmarga.
Amiri's remarks came in an interview with (Rudaw) Kurdish network , followed by "Shafaq News", on what he said recently in a joint press conference in Kirkuk with its governor, demanding the withdrawal of Peshmarga from the disputed areas between Erbil and Baghdad".
Amery said that there is no such thing as called withdrawal, noting that according to the constitution Peshmarga forces must stay in Kurdistan Lands and are not entitled to stay outside those borders.
Ameri attacked the Ministry of Peshmarga and described them as cartoon paper saying that the Ministry of Peshmarga has proved its failure in front of "ISIS" .
Ameri pointed out that some Kurds are exercising bids and directing the Kurdistan region toward danger.
Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has announced on Wednesday, that Peshmarga forces will not withdraw from the disputed areas, and stressed that the withdrawal will be according to the orders of the region's president, Massoud Barzani only.
The statements came in response to statements made by the secretary-general of Badr Organization, Hadi al-Amiri in Kirkuk on Tuesday in which he said that he would not allow Peshmarga forces to stay in the disputed areas, but in coordination with the Iraqi army.
The spokesman of KRG, Safeen Dazia said in a statement for "Shafaq News", that " there is no decision to withdraw Peshmarga Kurdish troops areas outside the region," referring to the disputed areas between Baghdad and Erbil.
Dazia noted that the Iraqi army couldn't protect those areas (disputed) and therefore Peshmarga forces moved to protect the citizens in it.
He added that the region's president, Massoud Barzani and the Minister of Peshmarga have the only authority to issue orders to Peshmarga, pointing out that the talk about Peshmarga movements outside of these institutions (KRG and the Ministry of Peshmarga) has " no value to him," according to what he described.
Ameri had said during his visit to Kirkuk city yesterday that he does not allow Peshmarga to stay in the disputed areas without coordination with the Iraqi army.
