Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Aldar Properties unveiled that it will develop 'Saadiyat Grove' project at a total value of AED 8 billion, promoting a new ‘culture of living’ and an immersive lifestyle experience in Abu Dhabi on an area of 242,000 square metres.

Situated in the Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District on Saadiyat Island, the development was launched by Sheikh Khalid bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, according to a press release on Tuesday.

The project is forecast to boost the retail sector and the tourism and leisure plans of Abu Dhabi while contributing to the national GDP and attracting direct foreign investments to the emirate.

It is worthwhile to mention that the design works of phase 1 and the first construction contract have been finalised, with the handover of the first phase commencing by 2022.
