DUBAI - Al Shuwaikh Crusher, a subsidiary of Al Shuwaikh Cement Co. of Kuwait, has announced the purchase of a fleet of Komatsu rock mining machines from Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment Co. (GTHE) for deploying at its new quarry and rock crushing operation in Fujairah.
The new purchase of Komatsu machines from GTHE - one of the largest distributors of construction, earthmoving and material handling equipment in the Middle East - comprises Komatsu's PC-800 excavator and HD 325-6 dump trucks, machines that have proved their performance in the rock mining industry.
More than 100 units of both these equipment, very popular among quarry and crusher operators in the Northern Emirates, are currently in operation at various sites in the area.
Komatsu HD325-6, a worldclass leader in 35-tonne capacity off-highway dump trucks, comes with several advanced features as standard.
