KUWAIT, Nov 30 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Al-Salmiya Football Club won on Thursday a match over Al-Arabi in the second week round of Al-Shaheed football league tournament.
Al-Salmiya got the decisive goals of the match which ended 4-2.
Al-Arabi which lead in the first 25 minutes by its defender Malik Al-Galaf who scored the opening goal in the first half which ended 1-0.
At the first minute of the second half, Al-Salmiya equalized with a goal by its striker Sergio.
Afterward the match was almost controlled by Al-Salmiya which got the second goal from a penalty kick in the 53 minute.
Al-Galaf managed to equalized the game at the 58 minute, but a strong comeback by Al-Salmiya players where they clinched their chances in front of the Al-Arabi turfs with two goals by Mansour Faredioun at the 68 minute and Abdul-Aziz Al-Amar at the 73 minute.
Al-Salmiya's win is the second, where Al-Arabi is in its second losing streak.
Meanwhile, in another match which took place this evening, Fahaheel Club beat Tadamun 2-1.
