The World Federation of Muslim Scholars, which is headed by Yusuf al-Qaradawi, said that what was announced by the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant "ISIL" organization in Iraq, the so-called "succession" to the leader, "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi" is "legally invalid".

Al-Baghdadi, leader of ISIL has issued his first statement last Tuesday, in the position of "successor", for "Islamic state" deleting Iraq and the Levant words".

The statement issued by the Federation, seen by "Shafaq News", said that "establishing a "caliphate," is "religiously invalid" and "does not serve the Islamic project."

ISIL sites broadcasted on Saturday a video-a clip, lasting for about twenty minutes said that it belongs to the organization's leader, "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi," who recently announced the establishment of a " succession state " in areas that he control in Syria and Iraq.
