Dubai, Feb. 15th, 2008 (WAM)--The desert of Moroccan city of Murrakesh, received over 40 actors, 1000 supporting actors and 100 hundred Spanish horses experienced in the film battles, to film huge drama work "Clash on the Sand", which is derived from the imagination and poems of Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al MaktoumFilm Director Hatem Ali began this phase after renovation of the whole district south of Murrakesh to become an exemplary battle scene. The film depicts a story of the two Arab tribes, which lived in the early 18th century on the edges of Arab peninsular during the Ottoman invasion. They had been indulged in love and war experiences. Star Tim Hassan and female star Saba Mubarak are the super stars in the epic, including other Arab TV dram heroes.

The epic production is benefiting from the Spanish experiences in the battles that involved the Arab tribes.

Ahmed Al Sheikh, press officer of Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said that "this drama work aims at presenting new dramatic vision based on different intellectual and narrative perspectives apart from what is dominant. Therefore, the preparation depended on the world-class technology".

He added that he was optimistic about the team work to produce an elegant technical vision that embrace a story born from the imagination of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.
