Peshawar: (Online): As many as 100 suspected persons have been arrested during search operations in different areas of Peshawar.
According to media reports Peshawar Police conducted a search operation in Khazana, Hasht Gagree, and Pushta police station areas and recovered arms including pistol, rounds and drugs.
Security forces and Police in joint door to door search operation arrested 101 people including a wanted criminal. Out of arrested persons 50 were suspects and 50 people were arrested due to incomplete residential documents.
During the door to door operation 200 houses were checked. 12 pistols, hundreds of rounds and drugs were recovered.
Meanwhile cases have also been registered against the arrested persons.
