The Company has two subsidiaries, Aroma Cosmetics AD and Aroma Trans 04 EOOD. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Harisson Management LLC with a stake of 44.88%. In December 2012, the Company acquired Astera Cosmetics AD Sofia.
