Dubai, UAE 19 May 2011:- DP World has successfully completed a 1 for 20 share consolidation for all shareholders on the register prior to the commencement of trading today.
For shareholders with fractional entitlements, those fractions will be sold in the market and the cash proceeds from the sale will be returned to shareholders in the same way dividends are distributed via NIN accounts, Nasdaq Dubai Members, custodians and brokers.
DP World is encouraging shareholders to check with their brokers or NIN accounts they have received the correct number of new consolidated shares. Further information can be found on the Company's website www.dpworld.com within the investor centre or by contacting your broker.
