Buyers can obtain financing through Sharjah Islamic Bank

ASAS Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB), has announced the opening of an integrated sale centre for its Hoshi project in the project site to serve interested buyers, individual or property companies, willing to select and buy residential or commercial plots from the project.

Speaking on the occasion, Eng. Ahmed Al Amiri, General Manager of ASAS said, said that the official timing of the recently opened sale centre will be from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Sunday to Thursday. He added that the office is situated on Al Maliha Road inside the project side.

He clarified that ASAS Real Estate has appointed a specialized engineer in the sale centre to serve clients and show them the masterplans and maps of Hoshi development with location of residential and commercial plots offered for sale and to answer their various inquiries. The centre offers filed visits to see the plot and the progress of development and infrastructure works.

Al Amiri said that the Sharjah Islamic Bank has supported Hoshi development by providing Sharia compliant financing solutions which can be introduced at the sale centre in Hoshi. He clarified that in response to the huge demand and the good results more developments will be launched in the future. He added that what makes this development different is the competitive rate of the plat, starting from AED450.000 for residential plots and AED620.000 for commercial plots.

ASAS Real Estate is in direct contact with Darwish Engineering, the contractor of the infrastructure work, as ASAS is committed to complete the project as per schedule. The asphalt road network is 50 percent completed now, and works are in progress to complete the network which is expected for completion in the second half of 2012.

The General Manager of ASAS clarified that the project offers a varied selection of commercial and residential plots that range widely in size and are all strategically situated on Al Maliha Road that connects the transit Ring Road with Emirates Road near Sharjah International Airport and the University City. The road connects Sharjah with Dubai, the Northern Emirates and the Eastern region. The development has a number of unique features, including flexible financing, competitive prices, strategic geographical location, modern amenities among many more benefits.

He said that the residential plots account for 85 percent of the total plots (1170 out of 1400 plots). Residential plots are divided into two different areas, while the commercial plots are of multiple sizes to meet the requirements of a large number of commercial activities. ASAS has delivered the already sold plots to buyers, while marketing process is underway for the remaining plots.
