Tripp Lite launches Smartonline hotswap Parallel UPS Systems with a high power factor and redundancy configuration option
New power protection solution has 0.9 power factor which allow increased capacity and has enhanced reliability N+1 configurations when used at below 50 percent capacity
The 10 models are available at 12kVA capacity (SU12KRT4U and SU12KRT4UHW), 16kVA capacity (SU16KRT, SU16KRT-1TF, SU16KRTG and SU16KRTHW) and 20kVA capacity (SU20KRT, SU20KRT-1TF, SU20KRTG and SU20KRTHW), and provide true on-line, double-conversion operation with pure sine wave output and zero transfer time. They also incorporate an optional 'Economy Mode,' which significantly reduces BTU heat output and operating energy costs. In addition, they include an HID-enabled USB port, a DB9 serial port, an SNMP/Web interface and PowerAlert software as well as optional external battery packs that significantly expand runtime.
