Musanada launches new fulltime service for Mosques
Dedicated resources for improved Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) maintenance services for mosques in the entire Emirate of Abu Dhabi
Placing itself on the journey of constantly maintaining and providing excellence to the people of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Musanada's FM Mosque Division has ensured that the three recently awarded contractors through the MEP contract have allocated best resources to servicing the mosques. The resources include more than 200 professional technicians distributed on around 60 teams, each consist of technicians and supervisors related to air conditioning, electrical and plumbing, equipped with dedicated vehicles and the necessary apparatuses for servicing mosque assets and equipment, with data collection, condition survey and assets tagging, resulting in a unique computerized facility system that produces the highest quality of maintenance and ensure a well planned preventative maintenance operation.
The implementation of such modern operational methodologies is what Musanada continuously strives to offer on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Government. Presenting during the showcase Musanada's CEO Mohamed Al Mehairi stated: ''In keeping with Musanada's core values of transparency, efficiency, and quality, we have with the outmost scrutiny selected the contractors to ensure that the best standards of Mosque maintenance are being implemented and delivered, which without Musanada's solid partnership with the General Authority of Islamic Affairs & Endowment (GAIAE) would not have been possible.''
Musanada aligns its activities up to par with the highest UAE and international best practice, covering over 10,000 buildings and 3,000 sites including approximately 1,500 mosques and 340 schools.
The Maintenance & Service module consists of Planned Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Support, Reactive and Corrective Maintenance. The Scope of Work also covers Mosque equipments, Data Collection, Condition Survey for the major equipments and Assets Tagging.
Dedicated resources from trained manpower, new equipped vehicle, tools and advanced systems like Global Positioning System, Computer Aided Facilities Management, and Helpdesk.
Each team consists of Technicians related to Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing supported by Supervisors and Service Manager
The 3 contractors will be able to attend up to 60 mosque Per Day, which enables them to cover the whole assigned mosques range on monthly bases
Assigned contractors are:
MAF Dalkia Middle east for Abu Dhabi city & Bani-Yas area, managed by 20 mobile Teams with 60 technicians serving 412 mosques.
Emocr Facilities Services LLC for Al Ain area, managed by 25 mobile teams with 100 technicians serving 647 mosques.
Khidmah for the western region managed by 14 teams with 56 technicians serving 234 mosques.
