High-level service concepts provided to Volkswagen customers in Kuwait
Kuwait, 04 April 2011 - Volkswagen Kuwait has begun rolling out its new Service Excellence initiative, which aims to deliver customers maximum value for money when buying a new Volkswagen and offering an inclusive 5 year Volkswagen warranty, a 45,000km or 3 year free service contract and 3 year 24/7 roadside assistance, along with other benefits*.
"We are committed to delivering automotive excellence to our customers," said Stefan Timmermann, Sales Director Volkswagen Middle East. "Our 2011 strategy reflects that commitment. The Service Excellence is a comprehensive service concept that will deliver the best customer experience and put the customers at the core of what we offer."
The package has already been rolled out in GCC countries and is continuing to do so throughout Volkswagen showrooms in the rest of the region.

The Volkswagen Service Excellence encompasses the following offer:
Volkswagen Extended Warranty: offers up to two years unlimited mileage warranty after the expiry of the three year original warranty.
Volkswagen Roadside Assistance: provides 24hr 365 day contact centre emergency support. Emergency repairs will be exclusively referred to authorised Volkswagen service centres.
Volkswagen Inclusive Free Service Contracts and Extended Service Intervals: Volkswagen vehicles require servicing every 15,000km or 1 year. These extended service intervals offer carefree driving pleasure and reduce personal time in maintaining the vehicle. The first three services are also inclusive - 45,000km or 3 years depending on usage.
Volkswagen Touareg 100: This is a free check that is carried out after 100 days of vehicle use to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
