On this occasion, the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Manara Developments Mr. / Yousif Taqi, commented " we are in a Manara Development are keen to provide real estate innovations and solutions, pointing out that there are a lot of new projects, or the next phases of existing projects that developed by Manara Developments will be announced later on. He also said: "We are committed to our plans that keep us in the lead of the real estate development companies, and to find housing solutions, especially for the limited-income segment in the Kingdom."
Managing Director of Manara Developments, Dr. Hasan Al Bastaki said: "The Company launches this project within the framework of its strategy to provide housing with the appropriate cost, which is ideal housing option for many countries, including the Kingdom of Bahrain." He also added: "The company launched this project about eight months ago, and completed so far 70% of the construction in which the construction works is expected to be completed during the four months to come, after which the units are delivered to their owners, note that the units of the project prices are very considered suitable as starting from BD 59,900/- for a large flat area up to 157 square meters."
The project consists of multi-storey buildings of four floors are specially designed for the modern Bahraini families requirements, and provide a suitable option for the beneficiaries of the "Social Housing Scheme" of the Ministry of Housing, which the company have signed previously an agreement with the Housing Ministry program, and actually cooperated in the framework of a number of residential projects.
"Kenaz Al Bahrain" project consists of eight buildings carry modern designs and also each of which consists of four floors, and each floor of which houses two apartments. The buildings host number of facilities designed to achieve social and economic sustainability that are carefully hosted in the modern projects. The average space areas of the apartments starts from 157 square meters and has three bedrooms, a large kitchen in addition to a large lounge, 3 bathrooms and a maid room. The buildings also host parking spaces for the residents.
It's also noted that "Kenaz Al Bahrain" complements projects developed by Manara Developments targeted for residential purposes, which was established in the previous period in Muharraq and Tubli. And consistent thinking about the establishment of multi-storey residential buildings, with the general trends encouraging vertical expansion that fits with the limited space, and expands the categories of beneficiaries of the units of these projects.
This project comes as a part of "Manara Developments" trend and vision to play a leading role in the private sector initiatives for cooperation with the government and set up an effective partnership, in line with the deep belief in the importance of achieving housing development in accordance with the directives of the wise leadership, and support the Ministry of Housing's efforts in providing appropriate housing with appropriate cost for citizens to meet the needs of modern families and achieve social stability.
