Abu Dhabi May 08th, 2012(WAM)--Director General of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) met today with the visiting Dr. Awad Ibrik Ibrahim, Libyan Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energies and the delegation accompanying him.
Present were Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri, Executive Director of the Department of Planning and Development at ADWEA and a number of the ADWEA officials. Al Nuaimi welcomed the Libyan delegation members, who aim to acquaint with the UAEs experiment, especially of ADWEA in the fields of renewable energy, privatisation, and modern network in supplying water and electricity. Meanwhile, the Libyan minister expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the ADWEA, for providing this opportunity and such meetings, stressing the need for holding the meetings to benefit from the successful experiments of sister countries.
